Hi, I’m Suneel, a multidisciplinary professional who helps people simplify complex work through automation, good systems, and meaningful experiences.

I wear a few hats:
I run FirstlinkAI, where I design powerful no-code automation systems using tools like n8n, OpenAI, Google Sheets, LangChain, and Make.com. These workflows help marketers, recruiters, agencies, and creators save time, scale content, and eliminate manual work.

I spent 7 years in the railway industry, most recently as a FRACAS and Reliability Engineer, focusing on RAMS, failure analysis, asset management, and system safety. Today, I stay connected to the field through my YouTube podcast, RAMS Ready, where I explore systems engineering in railways.

I also founded a restaurant in Baguio, Pick-a-Chai Cafe, offering Middle Eastern cuisine. What started as a dine-in concept evolved into a cloud kitchen and catering service, teaching me the importance of customer experience, consistency, and operations under pressure.
